Job Description

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious legal firm in California to find an experienced e-Discovery System Senior Paralegal. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled individual to support the litigation team by managing the eDiscovery software platform and coordinating litigation support processes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in eDiscovery and litigation support, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach to legal technology management.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Senior Litigation Paralegal and primary eDiscovery Software Administrator; act as liaison with Reveal (or similar platforms), including troubleshooting, coordinating support, and communicating outages or maintenance.
  • Administer eDiscovery platform end-to-end, including case creation and archiving, data uploads and processing, productions, tagging, and workflow configuration.
  • Manage user access, credentials, permissions, onboarding, and training.
  • Collaborate with case teams on search strategies, review workflows, quality control, and efficient document review and production.
  • Support litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal, including pleadings, discovery, exhibits, depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state court rules and e-filing requirements; utilize Westlaw, PACER, and ECF.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in eDiscovery and litigation support.
  • Proven ability to manage eDiscovery software platforms.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state court rules and e-filing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Westlaw, PACER, and ECF.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with case teams and provide training and support as needed.

Work Hours:

The position requires a standard work schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
